According to various sources on the Internet, the PC you're using is lacking the correct versions of C++ Runtime packages. Because of that, the software/add-on/plugin gives you the error while attempting to use what you already have installed.

On the official website, it's mentioned that you need this version: Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)
